Several media organizations lost a fight to find out where jury selection will be held before Casey's murder trial starts on May 9.

Perry denied the media motion, but acknowledged that an appeal to his decision is possible, if not likely.
In a shocking revelation, Perry said if the media motion is heard by an appeals court, it could set the stage for a six-month delay in the trial to gather evidence on jury selection.
Under that scenario, Perry says a gag order would be in place to prevent lawyers from talking about the case or releasing documents.
Perry ruled that the court had "balanced the intent of free speech and a free public." The attorney representing the groups says she will speak with them before deciding whether to appeal.
