No Delay Expected In The Casey Anthony Trial

Today Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied the Media’s motion to be privy to the Jury Selection ‘location’ site prior to the court ordered May 8th date.
With this ruling, talk of the Casey Anthony murder trial being delayed has spiraled. Judge Perry slipped in a comment that if the media appeals his decision, there’s a possibility the trial could be delayed for 6 months.
However, WFTV’s legal analyst Bill Sheaffer puts to rest the notion that the murder trial will be delayed.
