Read the Change of Venue motion. In the defense motion it states that Anthony is guaranteed a fair trial by an impartial jury by the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment. She cannot get a fair trial by an impartial jury in Orlando because extensive inflammatory and prejudicial pretrial publicity in this case.
