Attorney tells Casey Anthony to stop acting like a 2-year-old, report says

CBS/WTSP/AP) CLEARWATER, Fla. - Casey Anthony's lawyer Jose Baez asked the judge to have certain microphones turned off in the Pinellas County courtroom after it was reported online that he told his client to "stop acting like a 2-year-old."

"It puts the entire process in peril," said Baez.

Judge Belvin Perry told Baez the microphones will remain in court, reports CBS affiliate WTSP.

"I've done all I can do. This is America," the Judge told Baez.
