Search is On for Missing Missouri Boy Believed to be Kidnapped by His Parents
Father may be taking boy to Oklahoma
6:52 p.m. CDT, May 16, 2011
The search for a missing boy is underway tonight. The Jasper
County Sheriff says the 12-year-old may have been taken by his parents.Levi Brian Smith is from Purcell, Missouri. Deputies say his biological father Kevin John Smith may have taken Levi in a green Doge Intrepid with Missouri license plate number P-F-4 N-9-R.
Police say Levi's mother, Angela Eli, is also involved in the kidnapping. A warrant for Kevin Smith has now been issued.If you have any information about the whereabouts of Levi, you're asked to call police.

UPDATE: The Jasper County Sheriff says the boy has been located, and a "suspect' is in custody.
