Alert issued for missing teen
The Clayton Police Department is asking the public’s help in looking for a missing person.
Mark Alexander Linker, 17, of 401 Charleston Drive went missing Monday
afternoon from his residence, according to a statement released Thursday
afternoon by the Clayton Police Department. He was last seen in his
front yard around 3 p.m. Monday.
Linker recently moved to Clayton about two months ago. He is originally from
the Cary area and may possible be in that area visiting friends.

Linker is 5-7, 125 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is possibly
wearing a baseball hat, black zip-up hoodie and blue jeans and is
possibly carrying a dark green UNCG backpack.
Anyone with information about Linker’s whereabouts is urged to contact the
