Fingerprint Evidence Could Be Released This Week That Could Convict Or Clear Casey Anthony

There are rumors tonight that this week, the Orange County DA might release evidence of fingerprints found at the discovery site of Caylee Anthony. For people that have followed this case for months, fingerprint evidence is the next best thing to DNA in proving whether Casey Anthony killed Caylee or if she is a person that has been wrongly
accused.

To say that this fingerprint evidence could be a 'bombshell' is a huge understatement. People that sit on juries are persuaded by DNA and fingerprint evidence above all else because that type of evidence is considered rock solid by most members of a jury because it has been time tested to be reliable, unlike witness testimony.

Before we all get our hopes up too high, let's keep in mind that the current rumors might be wrong or the fingerprint evidence in the death of Caylee Anthony could be inconclusive. However, the fact that the DA might have something to say about fingerprint evidence this week is most definitely a news worthy event.

LP was told that there are fingerprints on the duct tape and they are Casey's.

I know this probably won't happen because Casey is a cold-hearted killer who by no means feels any remorse for what she has done but I hope that this pushes her defense team to finally say "okay Casey, time to own up, our back's against the wall and your best bet is to cut a deal but you have to tell them everything". That's all I want. I want her family to know exactly what happened to that little girl, so that when their daughter DOES get convicted, they aren't still in that wave of denial thinking that she's innocent. Granted it won't be easy hearing how that precious little angel was savagely killed by her own mother, I feel like not knowing and having all this doubt will be worse. But I have never been in the situation before so I don't even know what I would or wouldn't want to know. I just think that this is best.

They have her fingerprints from her arrests/bookings.

They collected DNA sampling through buccal swabs and head hair/pulled head hair as listed on page 10 of the OSCO Property Form. (http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_report/files/10.pdf)
