CANADA • Samuel MARTINEZ, 16 ~ Burnaby BC

Samuel Martinez was last seen at his residence in Burnaby on the 30th day of May 2011 around 6pm. He has not attended school for the past three days nor has he contacted friends or relatives, which is out of character.

Samuel is described as a Hispanic male, 16 year old, 150lbs and 5’6” tall with a noticeable skin condition (acne). When last seen he was wearing a black Armani Exchange t-shirt and blue jeans. He has no known means of support but may have student identification from a Burnaby High School and an expired bus pass.

Samuel has relatives in neighbouring communities including Surrey; however, there is no indication that he has contacted them.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Samuel Martinez is asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP at 604 294 7922 or call 911.
