ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s murder trial broke early for the day Thursday after Anthony unexpectedly fell ill.

The illness happened during the afternoon recess, just after 3 p.m.

During the recess, Anthony clutched a water bottle in her hand as she covered her mouth with a fist. She was seen speaking with defense attorneys Dorothy Clay Sims and Lisabeth Fryer.
