For the last month, the country has been fascinated with the Casey Anthony murder trial. News 13 spoke exclusively with Peter Shaplen, a media trial strategist, on how Judge Perry is handling the coverage this trial is receiving.

"[Judge Perry] is the gold standard," Shaplen said. "He shows a lot of thoughtfulness."

Shaplen also talked about technology, and how it's changed the way reporters can do their job from the courtroom, and what it was like to cover the Michael Jackson trial
