ORLANDO -- After a highly dramatic day in the Casey Anthony trial, Saturday's testimony has gotten a little more down to earth.
Prosecutors called a national expert in forensic entomology, the study of insects, who analyzed samples from both the trunk of Casey Anthony's car and the crime scene where her daughter, Caylee's skeletal remains were found.
Dr. Neal Haskell
The insect expert who analyzed the samples collected by the Orange County Sheriff's Office said he found flies related to decomposition in the trunk of Casey's car.
Jennifer Welch
The state then called back an Orange County crime scene investigator for a second testimony. On Thursday, Day 14, Welch said she was the first person to take photos of Caylee's remains while investigating the scene on Dec. 11, 2008, the day meter reader Roy Kronk called 911.
Ronald Murdock
The forensics supervisor for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Murdock said he used a computer program to create a bird's-eye view diagram of the entire wooded area where Caylee's remains were found. In the diagram, he circled the areas where investigators found bones.
Gerald Johnston
Johnston, a local land surveyor, was contacted by the Orange County Sheriff's Office to survey the remains site. He produced a 3-D "flyover" animation of the area, which prosecutors showed the jury.
