In Session's "Reasonable Doubt"

Excerpt:

It is difficult to watch "In Sessions" Ryan Smith without keeping a straight face. He plays the straw man role in a manner that makes the Wizard of Oz' straw man look smart.

Prosecution has won praise from critics universally, including Bill Shaeffer, from WFTV he admitted being wrong in his concern that Prosecution may have over played its hand (Shaeffer is one of the bright lights of analytic reporting on this case and will be a cinch for a national position if he continues his on-camera presentations) and showed how the duct tape, evidenced with the photograph over-laid upon another gave a realistic view to the jury, was the cause of death.

The defense's assertion of "accidental death" was annihilated yesterday by this and the testimony of Dr. G, with Cheneny Mason ineffective in cross leaving many to wonder why he was even accepted as part of this defense team.

In Session, with its brutally ill timed commercial breaks, may be even worse than Baez and Mason in their reporting.

Desperate to drum up some excitement, the powers that be there seem to believe that the strategy to ramp up ratings must come only if the outcome of the trial is in doubt, which it isn't.
