ORLANDO, Fla. -- After court on Saturday, prosecutors were scheduled to depose defense witness Dr. William Rodriguez, who's testimony was rescheduled after Judge Belvin perry admonished lead defense attorney Jose Baez.

Perry warned Baez and attorneys on both sides that he was displeased with what he believed to be “game playing.”
The state objected to Rodriguez's testimony and said his opinion violated a court order. Rodriguez is a co-founder of the so-called “Body Farm.”

After the jury was asked to leave the courtroom, Rodriguez told the judge that he planned to testify that no conclusions can be drawn from the duct tape found near Caylee Anthony’s remains because the bones had been scattered by animals.

Perry questioned Baez about an order that prohibits witnesses from testifying about evidence or opinions that were not published for the court.
