ORLANDO, Fla. -- The defense on Monday was scheduled to resume its case in the trial of Casey Anthony, who's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, but an issue ended with the judge admonishing both sides and calling a recess until 10:25 a.m.

Day 23 began with a sidebar between Judge Belvin Perry and attorneys from both the state and defense outside the presence of the jury.

Perry then admonished both sides for gamesmanship, again reminding attorneys that testimony from all expert witnesses has to be in reports submitted to the other side, an issue that also came up over the weekend.
