Judge tosses 2 testimonies 'irrelevant' to Casey Anthony trial

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's defense has two less witnesses to work with after Judge Belvin Perry threw out their testimonies.
After the jury left the courtroom for the day on Thursday, Day 26 of the murder trial, prosecutors said they objected to two upcoming witnesses the defense had planned to call next.

Judge Perry heard the testimonies of FBI agents Nickolas Savage and Erin Martin as each was questioned separately by defense attorney Cheney Mason.
Prosecutor Jeff Ashton argued the relevance of the two testimonies to the case against Casey Anthony.
Judge Perry agreed, saying these testimonies were not relevant to the charges against Casey.
