ORLANDO -- Speculation is swirling Sunday in the Case Against Casey.

But right now, no one knows for sure what caused a sudden recess Saturday before the jury was even brought in for the day.

Casey's lawyers would only say "see you Monday" as they walked out of the Orange County courthouse Saturday.

There was supposed to be nearly a full day of testimony. But after a closed-door meeting with the judge, Judge Belvin Perry announced a "legal issue" had popped up and that court would resume Monday morning at 8:30 a.m.

It's unclear if the delay will impact the defense’s plans to rest their case on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
