ORLANDO, Fla. — Lee Anthony appeared distraught during his June 25 testimony for the defense, prompting Jose Baez to ask if the defendant’s older brother needed time to compose himself. Indicating he could continue, Casey Anthony’s brother conveyed his hurt during earlier times to the jury.

Revisiting the obviously painful period in his life, Baez questioned Lee about the time when he was shut out of the suddenly revealed secret of his sister’s pregnancy, feeling that his mother and sister did not want him at the hospital.
