LORIS, SC – A 12-year-old girl missing since Sunday afternoon was found shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday, a family member said.

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A relative of the
12-year-old girl reported missing has been charged with prostitution of a
child among other charges Thursday, according to the Horry County
Police Department.
Lt. Jamie DeBari with Horry County Police
says the little girl was found Wednesday afternoon at approximately 1
p.m. in the area of Highway 22 and Robert Edge Parkway in the North
Myrtle Beach Section of Horry County.
She was immediately taken into Emergency Protective Custody.
HCPD arrested Danny Dewayne Hardee, 25 of Conway. Thursday, DeBari said Hardee has been charged with the following:
Additionally, Sgt. Robert Kegler with the
Horry County Police Department said a biological relative of the girl,
Robbie Jean Blankenship, 43, of Conway was arrested Wednesday.
According to online booking records with the
J. Reuben Long Detention Center, Blankenship was booked around 11:30
p.m. and remains incarcerated.
Blankenship has been charged with unlawful
neglect of a child and promotion or participation of prostitution of a
minor, according to DeBari.
Thursday afternoon, DeBari said two more
people had been arrested by officers. Chad Michael Jacobs, 25, of Conway
and Clarence Davis Jr., 71 also of Conway are facing charges of
accessory after the fact.
DeBari told WMBF News both Jacobs and Davis
are friends of Hardee's, and had knowledge of his whereabouts as well as
the girl's, which they withheld from officers.

When speaking with WMBF News Reporter Evan
Lambert Wednesday morning, family members of the little girl, including
Robbie Jean, voiced concerns the young girl may be with a former
neighbor.
Her family members said Wednesday morning the
12-year-old may have been with an older male who previously lived
near the family. Loved ones of the previously missing preteen believe
the former neighbor and the girl had some type of relationship, but
did not delve further into the details.
Family members say they're relieved the girl was found.
"Thank God she's safe. I thank everybody
that's been out there trying to help find her. You don't know what it's
like to have a mess like this," said Geraldine Harris, the juvenile's
grandmother and legal guardian.
The family said Wednesday they have a long list of people to thank and were looking forward to a reunion with the preteen.
"I'll probably hug her and love her and tell her how much I miss her and don't ever do this again," said Harris.
"For the Horry County Police Department, I
want to thank y'all for everything you did and the [Center] for Missing
and Exploited Children, I want to thank you all, and I don't know what I
would have done without all of you," Blankenship told WMBF News
Wednesday after the child was found. "[And] the detectives, that worked
so hard on this case and all the neighbors and every friend that we
know."
Horry County Police confirmed Wednesday
morning they had a person of interest in the girl's case, but would not
release the name of that individual. Hardee was later confirmed as that
person upon his arrest.
The Horry County Police Department discovered
the bike of the missing 12-year-old Tuesday evening but did not release
the location where the bike was found. In addition, police did not
limit the search for the girl to one area, but continued to search all
of Horry County until she was found. Police have not released information
on the condition of the girl after being found.
DeBari said she had threatened to run away on Saturday when she became upset about a recent move.
