June 9th...

For whatever reason was an important date to KC...I have racked my brain on this one...and, thought I would start a thread to see if any interest on trying to figure it out...She should have know what date was the last time she saw Caylee...whether dead or alive...(that should be a given)...so,

Was she just mixed up on the dates...I don't think so, though why she repeatedly gave this date is a curiosity to me...
Was this the date she planned to Kill Caylee and didn't go through with it?
Was this the date she did try to kill Caylee and failed or got caught in the process...this one I have been thinking more and more about...and just my opinion and my theory, which more than likely means nothing...but, I do wonder if there is a tie in some how to Nicole...

We have Blachard Park...we have a kiddnapping, a killing, a misplaced cellphone by both KC and Nic...we have cellphone holder found...of both...we have both leaving behind purses...KC on purpose...Nic, murdered...we have the DATE...although first reported it was the 9th...later retracted, but was this seen by KC...we have KC talking about Nic to mom...mom told her NOT to go their anymore...we have KC looking at nic stuff...along with Dunkett girl (many similarities their too..i.e. deleting all photos of children and porn)...we have KC and NIC look very similar...we have a reported person of interest who looks very much like either KC or Lee...(police thought they had this person...but, now don't)...we have both cars abandoned...albeit one by choice...if have KC telling LP/Rob about her altercation with Zanny here...why, did she think she left something behind...did Nic, see something she shouldn't have on the 10th (9th)...maybe, KC tried to kill Caylee...did Casey loose it with NIC...(just thinking out loud here...how you write stories LOL)...Did KC read about NIC...and create here alibi...Why Did KC keep bringing up Nic to LE in tapes...
JUST seems their is more to this story. Oh, and a Zanny office broke into...and Nic was in family councelilng...could Cindy have been getting councel from Nic...?????????? Would this have been the recent build up of murder...KC knew Cindy was advised and was in process of taking Caylee...and KC meal ticket was over...

You've got some interesting thoughts for discussion verogal. I have been thinking about the 9th today because I was trying to work out what the clothes Caylee had on meant compared to what GA said she wore on the 16th. Maybe he just lied about it but there's more to it than that possibly. I wondered if GA got the 9th mixed up with the 16th when he remembered the clothes. On the 9th Casey and Caylee stayed the night at Ricardos/Amys so he could well have had the conversation with casey about her going to work and not coming home on the 9th and not the 16th. There are a vouple of questions I wish I could get answers to;

1. Has LE asked Ricardo and Amy if they recall what Caylee and Casey were wearing on the 9th?
2. Where are the clothes GA described seeing Caylee wearing on the 16th?
3. Cindy and George probably discussed the clothes, but if not Cindy would have read GA's interview transcript and would have looked to see if the clothes were at the house at that time at the latest. Did Cindy get rid of them?
4. If GA did get the dates mixed up by a week how can he recall with such detail what they were both wearing with such certainty?

I think that Cindy was the first one to say June 9th, not Casey. Casey said she hadn't seen Caylee for 31 days. I think Cindy calculated it wrong and came up ith the 9th. Understandable at the time as she was beside herself. When neither GA nor Lee picked up on the mistake Casey decided to run with that date thinking anything that was further away from the truth had to be good for her. I think we've seen so far that the simplist answer has been the right one and complicated theories give Casey too much credit for thoughtfulness she actually doesn't seem to have.
