Caitlin Mousseau, 16, is described as aboriginal, with medium-length brown hair often worn in a ponytail. She has brown eyes and is 5-foot-6 and 134 pounds, with a medium build. Mousseau has a large rose tattoo on her upper right arm and cherries tattooed on her right ankle.

Investigators are very concerned for her well-being and consider her to be a child in need of protection, at high risk of being exploited or victimized.

Police said Mousseau frequents downtown and the West End, often walking or taking city transit. 

She's described as aboriginal, with medium-length brown hair often worn in a ponytail. She has brown eyes and is 5-foot-6 and 134 pounds, with a medium build. Mousseau has a large rose tattoo on her upper right arm and cherries tattooed on her right ankle. 



She was last seen wearing an off-white T-shirt with one short sleeve the other side sleeveless, blue jeans and white flip flops. 



Police ask anyone with information no her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
