CANADA • Kelsey LOON, 14 ~ Thunder Bay ON

The Thunder Bay Police Service are seeking the help of the public in helping to find a missing girl.



Kelsey Loon is a 14 year old Thunder Bay teen. Kelsey has been missing since June 28, 2011. She has a history of running away. Her guardian is concerned for her welfare.

Kelsey Loon is a Native Canadian female, 5’6” – 115 lbs, medium build and has long brown hair. She was last seen by her guardian in the Blucher Avenue area.

Update July 27, 2011 - The Thunder Bay Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating 14 year old Kelsey Loon. Kelsey was reported as missing by a guardian on June 29, 2011. Kelsey was last heard from on July 1, 2011.

Kelsey may be in the area of 707 John St, Trillium Way, Limbrick Place or Wentworth Cr. Kelsey is believed to have been in the area of 707 John Street on Tuesday July 26, 2011. She may be staying with friends.



Kelsey LOON is described as being a Native Canadian female, 5’6” – 115 lbs, medium build and has long brown hair.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kelsey LOON should contact police.

The Thunder Bay Police Service report that the missing 14 year old who was the subject of a media release returned to her guardian's residence.
