ORLANDO, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who bailed Casey Anthony out of jail while searchers looked for her then-missing daughter, is suing defense attorney Jose Baez.

The lawsuit is just another twist in the Casey Anthony case comes days after she was released from jail.

Padilla said he will sue Casey Anthony and her defense attorney over alleged misleading information.

"He not only misled us, he conned us," Padilla said. "He did a good job, too."
