"Infant John" SOTO - 13 Months - Morrisville (NW of Raleigh) NC

Police have charged a Morrisville man with child abuse inflicting serious physical injury.



According to investigators, Jose Angel Soto, 31, of Green Drive, is
responsible for causing severe injuries to his 13-month-old son.
Police
say the child suffered bleeding in his brain that led to seizures, a
lip laceration, a rib fracture, multiple bruises on the top of his head,
bleeding in his left eye, a fractured arm, and bruising on the back of
his legs.
Soto is being held on a $200,000 bond, and has been ordered to have no contact with the child.
He's due in court on Monday.
