ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony will not have to appear at probation offices, as Judge Belvin Perry has granted a stay of another judge's order that she appear before 10 a.m. tomorrow.

A hearing in the matter has been scheduled for Friday at 9 a.m.

On Monday, Judge Stan Strickland issued the order for Anthony to return and the Department of Corrections said Wednesday Anthony had until 10 a.m. Thursday to report for probation.

Perry granted a stay for Anthony late Wednesday afternoon, which puts Strickland's order on hold until further action is taken by the court.

Casey Anthony will not have to report to a state probation office Thursday morning as one judge recently ruled, Chief Judge Belvin Perry decided late Wednesday.

At issue is whether or not Anthony would have to serve probation following a recent amended order by Judge Stan Strickland, the judge who initially presided over her murder and check-fraud cases.
