DICKINSON, N.Y. -- State police are reaching out to the public to
help find a North Country teen they say ran away from her foster home.
Police say 17-year-old Ashley Roulston ran away from her home in the
Franklin County town of Dickinson on June 20th.Roulston is
described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, about 125 pounds with hazel eyes.
She has pierced ears, often wears glasses, and has several tattoos
including on the tops of both feet and the back of her neck.
Anyone with information on Roulstons' whereabouts is asked to call State Police at (518) 563-3761.

MALONE — State police are looking for a missing 17-year-old considered by police as habitual runaway.
Ashley N. Roulston, Dickinson, is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall,
approximately 125 pounds, hazel eyes, and known to change her hair color
frequently. She has pierced ears, often wears glasses, and has several
tattoos located on the tops of both feet, back of her neck, left
shoulder, left hip, and right breast. Police said they believe she is
still in the area.

RAY BROOK — A missing Franklin County teenager has been found.
Ashley Roulston was found Monday at a home in Bombay by State Police troopers and investigators.
She is alive and in good health.
Police
said Roulston, 17, was believed to be staying at the Broad Street
residence in Bombay since she went missing from foster care in Dickinson
Center on June 19.
Police charged five people living at the Bombay house for harboring the girl.
Daniel
W. Russell, 55; Gay L. Russell, 52; Joseph J. Duval Sr., 30; Ricky W.
Surprise, 55; and Jeremiah O. Duval, 26; were all charged with
second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
All five were arraigned in Town of Bombay Court before Justice Frank Lacerenza.
Daniel Russell, Gay Russell and Surprise were released on their own recognizance.
Joseph J. Duval Sr. and Jeremiah O. Duval were sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash.
