A case management hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 1 at 8:30 a.m. Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony, who had said a woman named "Zenaida Gonzalez" kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Gonzalez says Anthony's accusation ruined her reputation. Anthony's attorneys say the lawsuit is frivolous because Anthony has maintained that this woman was not the Gonzalez she knew.
