Just started listening to the beginning of the deposition...When asked what was said when Cindy hung up the phone..LA first said...his mom relayed the LIE..but quickly corrected himself by saying she relayed the name

Does anybody else have trouble with Part 5 video? Mine cuts off at 40:48 minutes into the 54 minute video.......

What I gathered from Lee's depo:

- basically Morgan/Mitnik are not concerned with nailing Lee on his own "inconsistencies" and perjury about Zenaida - they are more interested in nailing CASEY for the lies/defmation that she told about Zenaida, and that Cindy repeated to the media

- I noticed that Lee licked his lips a LOT! more than the average person ... and I believe showed nervousness and untruthfulness

- Lee seemed arrogant and cocky and thought he was too smart for the lawyers - he got very testy towards the end of the depo

- Lee's statement that he "believes everything his sister tells him" - does not make logical sense and is not true
He told LE in his interviews that he told Casey several times that what she was saying could not be true, and he
said in his depo that he told Casey that it was not true that she was in Jacksonville, when he knew she was in Orlando

- Lee does NOT believe the Blanchard Park abduction story - he is just trying to leave an "out" for his sister to use at
her murder trial

- interesting that Lee's attorney would NOT allow him to say who he thinks is Caylee's father - and they will have to take
that to a Judge to see if Lee must answer that question because it is relevant in that the "father" of Caylee could be a
person of interest in her disappearance

- Lee refused to admit he knew about the huge fight that Cindy and Casey had on the last night Caylee was seen alive
(even though Lee told Padilla about it)

- Lee would not admit that his sister STOLE money and had a reputation as a LIAR - he downplayed it as little white lies

- Lee says he HATES Leonard Padilla (for what?) .... but has no hatred or even anger towards his murdering sister

- Lee said HE "tracked down 3 -4 of Casey's PHOTO sites" and HE wanted to DELETE them because they had been
sensationalized in the media (what right did he have to do such a thing????)

- Lee admits his very close "work/searching/investigating" with "their P.I. Dominic Casey"

- Lee's attorney would not let him answer - "Do you believe in all the possibilites that your sister is the one responsible for the disappearance"
They have to take this to the Judge and see if he will make Lee answer it - it is very important because if someone else is responsible for
Caylee's abduction and murder - then it could not have been Zenaida, and Casey KNEW it was not Zenaida = defamation

- Lee's attorney also would not let him answer - "Did you ever ask your sister -
If something happened as an accident, and you accidentally, something happened to Caylee, and she
accidentally passed away?" Have to take this to the Judge. Lee said he would NOT answer this
because he did not think it was relevant at all, and he was ANGRY and arrogant.

- Atty Morgan said several times that Lee is "GOOD at jousting with words" - Lee thought he was so clever

The deposition is not over. If the Judge rules that Lee DOES have to answer the questions that his attorney would not let him answer, then he comes back to finish the depo.

I believe the State will have a field day with Lee on the stand in Casey's murder trial because he gets irritable, and he takes long pauses when he is thinking of his untruthful answer, and it is obvious he is not being completely truthful and forthcoming, and that he will do ANYTHING for his sister, and he hates LE.

Lee's endorsement of Casey lying to LE and stating that he would do the same will be able to be used against him in court. If he tries to cover up for Casey the prosecution will be able to get him to repeat his statements that it is ok to lie to authorities if you are defending family or yourself.

If you believe what Lee says, he is ignorant of so many facts despite his claims to be a good investigator. It's obvious to me that neither Lee nor the A's were interested in talking to anyone who might give them information that was at odds to what Casey was telling them or pointed to her guilt. Two things that Lee said stood out to me in this regard.

1. He said Casey was staying at Tony's from June 16th until July 15th. He even said that he thought Casey had a key to Tony's and stayed there while Tony was away. I thought wow, he hasn't even talked to Amy or apparently read her interview transcript if he doesn't know Casey stayed with Amy for the week Tony was away.

2. When Casey got out of Jail and changed to the Blanchard Park story, neither he nor Cindy or George seemed to have told LE this bombshell fact. The only explanation for their lack of immediate action is that they did not believe this story.

#2. is further proof to me that the A's did not go to LE/FBI with the Blanchard Park story (even as outrageous as this story is) because they knew Caylee was deceased. IMO

Mark Fuhrman met with Orange County Investigators and provided additional information regarding his conversation with George and Cindy Anthony.

**Mark Fuhrman also reported that George and Cindy Anthony explained that Cindy and Casey had an argument on the 15^th or 16^th of June.

According to Padilla, Lee told Rob Dick about the fight between Cindy and Casey and that Cindy had her hands on Casey's throat.

But .... in Lee's depo ... he "jousted with words" and said he had never "broke up a physical altercation between his mother and sister" ....
clearly avoiding the questions leading into the fight the night of the 15th.
