Judge Cites Threats To Defendant, Safety Concerns

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County judge decided Monday to keep a video deposition by Casey Anthony sealed.







Judge Lisa Munyon cited threats made against Casey Anthony and concerns for her safety as reasons not to make the video public.
The deposition was taken at the Morgan and Morgan law firm in the case against Anthony by Zenaida Gonzalez.
Anthony reportedly pleaded the Fifth Amendment on all relevant questions.
