The Case against Casey Anthony will be back in court Wednesday morning.

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman suing Anthony, are trying to postpone a deposition.

Gonzalez is scheduled to answer questions in a deposition scheduled for Nov. 22.

However, her attorneys want that date off the calendar.

They’re saying if Anthony is going to take the fifth, then forget it.

They want Anthony to answer questions first, and then Gonzalez will.

Gonzalez is represented by John Morgan of the Morgan and Morgan law firm.
