Authorities say a 21-year-old Vienna man has been charged with murder in the death of his 2-month-old daughter.

Police say Francis Reed was initially charged with child abuse, but the charges were upgraded after the girl died.

Authorities on Saturday afternoon were called to a residence on Parkwood Court in Falls Church, where paramedics were trying to revive the girl with CPR. Police say she was taken to a hospital where she died on Monday.
