Newly-discovered video diary could create more legal problems for Casey Anthony

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A newly-discovered video diary that was posted online could end up creating more legal problems for Casey Anthony. Also, a man is claiming he's the one who posted the video to keep Casey from making any money.

The attorney representing Zenaida Gonzalez who is suing Casey in civil court said it proves Casey should have to be forced to answer questions under oath in that case.

Matt Morgan said he plans to file a motion next week. He said he will make the argument that if Casey can appear in a video in front of thousands, she can talk inside a courtroom.

Gonzalez has the same name as the fictional nanny Casey said kidnapped Caylee.

A judge decided Casey didn't need to give another deposition in the case. Gonzalez's lawyer said the new video could change the judge's mind.

"Look, she's out here disclosing video diaries to the public," said Morgan. "Why can't she talk in a courtroom?"
