Barrett - bothers me that she talks about it
Barling - she so delusional, thinks its possible

Barling - lawyers must inform clients have right to do this
she is unrealistic, they hear - right, and think do it and it will work [early release from probation]
I think she is pie-in-the sky stupid and unrealistic, she actually thinks has a chance - when I saw more videos than public seen - I am amazed
like Manson family think people forget and they can do this [release from probation/jail]

Barrett - videos - is she trying to pump out for financial reasons? whole thing gone wrong?

Barling -not think so, she could do better job, not carefully planned scheme

where earning money, where getting money, is she serving probation?
don't know that she serving a probation way it is going down

Barrett - rumor - instead of job - took school route but no school have her

Barling - trouble with that one- surprised school reject her - take anybody's money like a prostitute - surprise turn anybody's money down
she is HS dropout - not qualify to get into low classes in junior college

Barrett - easy for me to whine - why is she even allowed to use internet?
why isn't she out there pounding pavement finding a job? doing something useful
just sit at home with new computer and make videos for friends

Barling - lag in laws in US of electronic devices by probationers and prisoners
should stop prisoners from having cell phones - conduct drug deals
pass law require all prisons and jails to have jam room to prevent all cell phones
cut from having secondary life - jail should be jail

Barrett - thought it already was the law - cell phones banned in jail

Barling - I look and listen to her and she has no clue what is ahead

it was - she [Casey] operating closed chat room with rooms, confidential info got divulged
could have found it - my client TX007, smart and got there and figured out before anyone in country- shortly have her on, tell her tale

Orlando Sentinel and TV under open records get probation report - and last 3 or 4 reports - Casey said no money, no job, no classes, cannot pay $ 25 fee because indigent

confessing to facts of record - and someone deal with them

caller - she is convicted felon from previous charges, not murder case
she is convicted felon in FL - play into probation? misdemeanor

just one episode in her life
other episode exists raises questions
Casey lost her right to vote
there are consequences to conviction - it is far reaching
African American males - many get convicted - can't vote
she [Casey] not have a lot of rights, she is a criminal, no sympathy from anyone
judge wanted to sentence her longer to jail - he thought she guilty

Barling - biggest problem - prosecutors over charge - couldn't convict her of what she did
system looks for ways to convict her for what she did - not looking for ways to make life easier for her - make life tougher for her
laugh - she believes entitled to different treatment than currently getting - not possible

Barrett - if I committed crime not get treatment she gets
laws don't apply to her - stupid
she gets preferential treatment

court of appeal may reverse on technical issue - anything can happen in this case
she is locked into a hole somewhere, life not well - she is in lala land, convince herself she will be out of this in few months, in denial, false belief - not deal with what she done

more to this story than meets eye
she is being sheltered - lots of people will shelter her
very shortly - next month everybody know where she is - we know south Florida

more known than in news - public know when get printed
news has double standard about what important to print and how to print
National Enquirer has been sued in past and got through it [right to be hesitant to publish Casey video], but don't understand Associated Press, not have those concerns
public will learn a lot more in short time - very very interesting to listeners
