ORLANDO, Fla. -- The legal fallout over Casey Anthony's video diaries has started.

Attorneys for the woman suing Anthony for defamation filed a motion Monday to get access to more of her recordings.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony, claiming that her name was ruined when Casey said in 2008 that a woman by the same name kidnapped Anthony's daughter, Caylee.

Pieces of Anthony's video diaries first publicly surfaced last week. They are the first video sightings of Anthony since she was acquitted in July of charges related to her daughter's death.

In one of the videos, Anthony mentions she's made other audio recordings.

Gonzalez' attorneys have now filed a motion that asks for access to those recordings.
