STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- YPD is asking the public's help in finding an Arrochar child who went missing on Wednesday.
Yraish Sanchez, 12, was last seen at 6:25 p.m. leaving her Chicago Avenue home. The girl, of Hispanic descent, was wearing brown boots, sweat pants and a black jacket. Police describe her as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD CrimeStoppers tip line at 800-577-TIPS (8477).
Tipsters also can log onto www.nypdcrimestoppers.com, or send information via text message by texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577. All calls will be kept confidential.
