CRISTINA RAMIREZ - 13 yo - Bradenton FL

BRADENTON - Authorities in Manatee County are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager.

Cristina Ramirez, 13, was last seen at approximately 7:45 pm Friday night. Family members are concerned that she may harm herself.

According to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report the teen became upset following a dispute with her boyfriend.

Investigators say Cristina cut herself on the left wrist with a shard of glass before fleeing her family’s home in the 800 block of 60th Ave. Terrace East. Witnesses told deputies the girl said she was going to hurts herself before she left.

The injury to her wrist was believed to be minor.

13 is, IMHO, way too young to have a serious "boyfriend". Friends who are boys, yes. Platonic relationships, yes. A "boyfriend", no. That takes emotional maturity.

Missing 13-year-old girl located in Bradenton
BRADENTON - Sheriff's deputies have located a 13-year-old Bradenton girl who cut her wrists and fled her house Friday.

Cristina Ramirez had left her house in the 800 block of 60th Avenue Terrace East at around 7:45pm Friday. According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Ramirez was upset over her boyfriend, and used a piece of glass to cut her wrists.

According to the Manate County Sheriff's Office, Cristina was located Monday evening.
