Gonzalez attorneys call for judgment against Casey Anthony

ORLANDO -- Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want a decision on at least one part of their lawsuit against Casey Anthony.

Gonzalez is accusing Casey Anthony of claiming she kidnapped Anthony's daughter, Caylee. Anthony's attorneys claim Gonzalez is not the same woman Anthony knew and accused of taking her daughter.

Gonzalez's attorneys say affadavits and documents prove that Anthony claimed Zenaida Gonzalez was the woman who kidnapped her child, that she lied when she said investigators never asked her about Gonzalez, and that she authorized Cindy Anthony to speak on her behalf.

They said these documents prove Anthony is liable for the pain and suffering this caused Gonzalez.
