The defense team for Casey Anthony is trying to get a civil lawsuit against her thrown out of court with the help of her mother, Cindy Anthony.

Cindy Anthony has filed an affidavit that says her daughter never implied the Kissimmee woman was a kidnapper.

According to Cindy Anthony, "The plaintiff does not even in the slightest resemble the woman my daughter described as 'Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez'. She is not the same age, race or height and does not otherwise share the physical traits and characteristics my daughter described."
