Padilla To Testify In The Case Against Casey

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla will have to wait until May to testify in the civil suit against Casey Anthony.
Zenaida Gonzalez' attorneys said they want to talk to Casey's parents before they question Padilla who was supposed to give a deposition on Wednesday.
Attorneys will question George and Cindy Anthony in April. Gonzalez is suing because she has the same name as the mystery nanny, who Casey blamed for caylee's disappearance.
