ORLANDO, Fla. - Casey Anthony will head back to court Wednesday morning for a judge to hear a motion filed by the State Attorney's Office relating to a potential conflict of interest with Casey and her defense attorney, Jose Baez.
The motion filed states that Casey Anthony's "seeming conversion from pauper to princess did not come from the sale of some tangible asset" before she was arrested for murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.
The state wants to find out how Casey Anthony is paying her defense attorney and the seven other defense attorneys that have been hired during the course of the investigation.
"It is important at this juncture that the court establish on the record the nature of the financial arragnements, the exact source of funds, the Defendant's knowledge of those facts, the existance of any potential conflict of interest and the Defendant's knowing and intelligent waiver of any such conflict," the motion reads.
Judge Stan Strickland will hear the motion at 10:30 am. Wednesday.
