JESSICA THOMPSON - 14 yo - Cumberland VA

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Dept. is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing girl.


Investigators say 14 year-old Jessica Nicole Thompson went missing
from her residence on April 26. Thompson is described as a white female,
5’5″, weighing approximately 178 lbs.The girl has hazel eyes, long
brown hair, and a fair to light complexion.

Police believe she may be in the company of 19 year old Eric Jones,
who is described as a white male with brown eyes and hair, standing at
5’4” and weighing 128 lbs. Jones was last seen wearing a white Nike t-
shirt, baggy blue jeans, black tennis shoes – possibly vans, and
carrying a black backpack.

Missing Cumberland County teen found in Buckingham

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office confirms the search for a missing teen is now over. Jessica Nicole Thompson was found late Saturday night in Buckingham County, about 30 miles West of where she was last seen.

Cumberland County officials won't comment on the specific location where Thompson was found, or if she was hurt in any way.

While it was believed Thompson may have been in the company of 19-year-old Eric Jones, officials are confirming to NBC12 that Jones was not with Thompson when she was found.
