SHELBY LYNN HAYES - 16 yo = Peoria/ Yuma AZ

A Peoria, AZ Mother is reporting her daughter
is missing and she may have driven through or still be in the Yuma or
Imperial Valley area. The mother of Shelby Lynn Hayes, 16, reported
Shelby as missing when she found out her daughter did not show up for
classes at high school or a beauty trade school.
The mother has a valid order of protection
prohibiting any contact between Shelby's ex-boyfriend, 18 year old
Joseph Anthony McNally, and her entire family. It is believed Shelby
may be traveling in the company of McNally. A delayed hit came back on
this vehicle, showing it went through Border Patrol checkpoint in Yuma
last evening.
Both Shelby as well as McNally's vehicle, a
white 2001 Nissan Maxima bearing AZ ATZ1202, were entered into NCIC as
missing / endangered.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Shelby is urged to contact the Peoria Police in one of the following ways:

Missing 16-year-old Peoria girl found in Calif.A routine police patrol in La Mesa, Calif. has found Peoria teenager Shelby Lynn Hayes.
The 16-year-old girl was reported missing by her mother Monday.
Hayes was found with her ex-boyfriend, Joseph McNally, 18. He was arrested and booked into San Diego County Jail for possession of heroin, as well as a charge of violating a court order.
Hayes' mother had an order of protection forbidding contact between her entire family and McNally.
The girl was turned over to her grandfather, who was San Diego-bound to his second home. She faces no charges.
Hayes told La Mesa police she left willingly with McNally.
