Attorneys for Casey Anthony will be in court today for a hearing in the lawsuit brought by Texas EquuSearch, a group that organized searches for Anthony's daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Marie, in 2008.
The search group has asked Circuit Judge Lisa T. Munyon to appoint a special master to oversee the deposition of Tim Miller, EquuSearch's founder.
EquuSearch is suing Anthony for more than $100,000 — money it says it spent to search for Caylee. The group says Anthony knew her daughter was dead, not missing, but allowed the search to continue.
In July, Anthony was acquitted of killing her daughter. She is currently serving probation in an unrelated check-fraud conviction. Her location is not publicly known.
Anthony faces several lawsuits in connection with the death of her daughter.
This is a developing story. Check back later for updates.

#CaseyAnthony attorneys agree to do corporate interview with Texas equusearch in Orlando as long as Tim Miller is there as one of Corp heads
ORLANDO -- Civil lawyers representing Casey Anthony are heading back to the Orange County Courthouse for a new hearing in another lawsuit against her.
Friday's hearing, scheduled for 9:30 a.m., is in the civil case involving Texas EquuSearch, the group that spent months searching for her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
EquuSearch is looking to recover $100,000 spent on the search efforts.
The group wants Casey Anthony to pay the bill, saying she knew all along Caylee was dead before they started searching for her.
During her murder trial in 2011, Casey's then-lawyer, Jose Baez, claimed Caylee drowned in her backyard swimming pool in June 2008, one month before Casey reported her missing.
Casey also faces a lawsuit from Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman who said her life was ruined when Casey said a nanny with the same name kidnapped Caylee.
The civil trial in that case is scheduled to begin in January 2013. The EquuSearch trial would follow.
