Casey Anthony's Lawyer Jose Baez Prepares To Depose Several Key People This Week

This will be a busy week for lead Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez as he is scheduled to ask questions of many different people in deposition testimony. Baez list of witnesses include: Amy Huizenga and several Orange County Florida Sheriffs Deputies who have worked on this case.

Amy Huizenga was once a close friend of Casey Anthony back during the days when Caylee first went missing. At the top of Jose Baez list of questions for Huizenga will revolve around text messages that were sent back and forth between her (Amy Huizenga) and Casey Anthony.

Most of the members of the Orange County Florida Sheriffs Office who are being deposed by Baez this week are there , because of the actions they took on the day that Casey Anthony was given the news that skeletal remains found in a wooded area near her home were indeed those of her two year old daughter Caylee. Apparently, some OCSO deputies moved Casey Anthony to a location where she could be seen on video tape, when receiving the news that her daughter Caylee was indeed dead.
