NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are trying to find a 12-year-old Brooklyn boy who has been missing since the weekend.

Kuanzhe Walton was last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday leaving his home on Albermarle Road in Brooklyn, police said.

He’s four feet, six inches tall and weighs about 90 pounds, police said.

Police Search for Missing Boy

Police are seeking the public's assistance in finding a boy last seen on Saturday, July 27 leaving his home at 1911 Albermarle Road.

Kuanzhe Walton is 12-years-old, standing 4-foot-6 and weighing 90 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Walton, who sources said has a history of running away, was last seen at 6 p.m. leaving his home while wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans.
