Update: 3-Year-Old Stone Co. Boy Now Listed as Endangered Missing

ccording to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's
website, 3-year-old Landen Cade Trammell was last seen in his home at
approximately 8:00 Tuesday morning.

His case is now listed as "Endangered Missing," according to the site.

Landen was last known to be wearing only white underwear.

He stands 3 feet tall, weighs approximately 29 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

A search is underway for a missing 3-year-old in Stone County.

The Stone County Sheriff's Office says the little boy is believed to have wandered off in the Onia area this morning.

Stone County is near the state's border with Missouri in North Central Arkansas.

ONIA, Ark. (KTHV) -- Authorities searching this morning for a missing 3-year-old out of Stone County.

We're told Landen Cade Trammell was last seen around 8 a.m. Tuesday morning at his home in Onia, which is about 11 to 15 miles from Mountain View.

Authorities tell Today's THV that Trammell's grandfather was watching him and thought the boy was asleep on the couch. Then an hour later he wasn't there.

Trammell is said to have been wearing only his white underwear when he wandered away from his home. He is around 30 lbs and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

State, federal, and local agencies are assisting in the search for Trammell. Additionally, authorities are using Department of Correction dogs, as well as Baxter County and Arkansas State Police helicopters.

They started doing door-to-door Tuesday and a neighbor says he saw a child matching the description playing in a nearby yard. Over 200 people are expected to help in the search Wednesday.

We're told that while authorities were no longer physically searching in the dark, helicopters are looking for infrared signatures. Physical search will resume at daylight today. The helicopters will be back in the air as well as an ultralight glider.

No foul play is suspected in Trammell's disappearance.

Little Landon Trammel who disappeared from his home in Onia, Arkansas
yesterday morning around 8:00 am, 9/11/2012, has been ▬►LOCATED ALIVE!
From the various accounts I've read his grandfather was watching him and
thought Landen was asleep on the couch. The next thing he knew the
little fellow was gone along with the family dog. Later, the dog
returned without Landen who was last known to be wearing only white
underwear.

WELCOME HOME LANDEN! Because I respect your privacy

Update (September 12, 3:00 p.m.):
A Missing Stone County 3-year-old boy has been found alive this afternoon.

That's according to the Mountain View Police Department, which could not release any further details.

Landen Cade Trammell had last been seen in his home about 8:00 Tuesday morning.
