ORLANDO, Fla. - Casey Anthony's deposition has been canceled after a motion is filed for the delay/cancellation of her deposition in a defamation lawsuit, according to attorneys.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation, saying her reputation was damaged after Anthony claimed her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, was kidnapped in 2008 by a nanny with a similar name -- Zenaida Gonzalez.

According to the motion filed Friday, Anthony's attorneys argue that Gonzalez's attorney did not properly notify them of the October 9 deposition. Matt Morgan, Gonzalez's attorney, tells Local 6 Wednesday's scheduled deposition has been canceled due to the filing of the motion for protective order.

The motion also states that Anthony will still plead the Fifth Amendment on certain questions and requests that any video of the deposition be sealed.

Gonzalez and Orange County meter reader Roy Kronk say they were defamed by Anthony and that they should be considered creditors in her bankruptcy case.

Kronk is the Orange County meter reader who found the body of Anthony's 2-year-old daughter. He claims his reputation was harmed when Anthony's attorneys wrongly implicated him in the Caylee's death.

Anthony was charged with murder in her daughter's death but was acquitted in 2011.
