Amber Alert on Pete Adame Kidnapping Daughters in Pomona After Assaulting Ex-Girlfreind

A CHILD ABDUCTION OCCURRED ON MAY, 23 AT 07:00 PM, IN POMONA, CA. THE SUSPECT, PETE ADAME, ABDUCTED HIS FORMER GIRLFRIEND AND HIS TWO BIOLOGICAL DAUGHTERS AT GUNPOINT. ADAME ASSAULTED THE FORMER GIRLFRIEND BEFORE RELEASING HER AT AN UNKNOWN LOCATION. ADAME THEN FLED WITH THE TWO DAUGHTERS DESCRIBED BELOW: THE FIRST CHILD'S NAME IS AURORA AKIRA ADAME, A 4 YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE, BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES, APPROXIMATELY 2 AND A HALF FEET TALL, 35 POUNDS, LAST SEEN WEARING A PINK SHIRT WITH A HEART AND CHEETAH PRINT SPANDEX PANTS.

THE SECOND CHILD'S NAME IS VALARIE PERSAEA ADAME, A 2 YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE, BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES, APPROXIMATELY 2 FEET TALL, 30 POUNDS, LAST SEEN WEARING A WHITE SHIRT WITH FLOWERS ON THE SHOULDERS AND BLACK PANTS.

THE SUSPECT IS PETE VALENCIA ADAME, A 43 YEAR OLD HISPANIC MALE, BLACK HAIR AND BROWN EYES, APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET 11 INCHES, 180 POUNDS, LAST SEEN WEARING A WHITE UNDERSHIRT AND LIGHT BLUE PANTS WITH A LIGHT BLUE STRIPE.
ADAME IS POSSIBLY DRIVING A 2014 GRAY JEEP PATRIOT, CA LICENSE PLATE NUMBER 7CJF267.

POMONA, Calif. -

UPDATE: Amber alert  cancelled after the man allegedly responsible turned himself in, according to Los Angeles news organizations.
An amber alert has been issued out of Pomona Friday night after California Highway Patrol says two girls and a woman were abducted by Pete Adame at gunpoint.

The girls are Adame's biological children.

Officers say he assaulted his former girlfriend before releasing her at an unknown location and then fleeing with his two daughters.
Aurora Akira Adame, a four-year-old with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a pink shirt with a heart and cheetah print spandex pants.

The second girl's name is Valarie Persaea Adame, a two-year-old with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with flowers on the shoulders and black pants.

The suspect is described as a 43-year-old Hispanic man, with black hair and brown eyes, approximately 5'11", 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white undershirt and light blue pants with a light blue stripe.

Adame is possibly driving a 2013 Gray Jeep Patriot with CA license plate number 7CJF267.
