Toledo man accused of raping drunk 15-year-old, to be arraigned Wednesday

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - A Toledo man is behind bars, accused of raping an intoxicated 15-year-old girl.
According to court documents, 44-year-old James Wolff is accused of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor when she was so drunk she couldn't resist. The alleged incident occurred at a south Toledo apartment complex, near Maumee.
It is currently unknown how the girl became drunk.
Wolff is being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning.

A 44-year-old man, Jeff Wolff, is behind bars after being charged with having sex with a drunk, teenaged girl at his Toledo home.
