Orange County man charged with 4-month-old daughter's death

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —An Orange County man has been charged in the death of his baby, according to court records.
A grand jury indicted Heriberto Montes-Ramos on Tuesday.
According to arrest documents, Montes-Ramos’ 4-month-old daughter died after suffering a fractured skull and brain swelling last January.
Montes-Ramos told deputies the infant fell over in her bouncy chair.
He is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse
