Jose Baez to introduce attorney on Thursday

Who will be Casey Anthony's death-certified attorney?

We will find out Thursday, WESH-Channel 2 reports.

Attorney Jose Baez will introduce this addition to Anthony's defense team at a hearing that day, the NBC affiliate says.

In a report several weeks ago, Baez's spokeswoman told WESH's Bob Kealing that the defense team planned to introduced the death-qualified attorney at the hearing. Kealing explained the challenge for the attorney new to the team: "If this trial does go as planned in October, that means that this new lawyer they're bringing on would have only about five months to get up to speed in a very complicated capital murder case."

Also today, WFTV-Channel 9 noted that Anthony's defense team hopes to block the release of a jail videotape showing her reaction when Caylee's remains were found in December. Anthony is charged with her daughter's murder. WFTV likes to highlight that Anthony was watching the station's coverage in the jail."She supposedly collapsed and started hyperventilating after watching our news coverage in December," WFTV anchor Vanessa Echols said.

The way WFTV keeps noting that Anthony was watching its coverage is odd. This weird bragging makes it seem as if Casey Anthony was reacting to something specific to WFTV's coverage. Could it have been the sight of Kathi Belich?
